Position: Business Strategy Analyst Location: Kuwait Type: Full-time Job description: Cross-Functional Project Facilitation Facilitate and coordinate company-wide improvement initiatives involving multiple departments. Support project leaders in defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs. Ensure progress tracking and timely reporting. Strategic Alignment Ensure that improvement projects and departmental initiatives are aligned with corporate strategic priorities. Support management in project prioritization based on impact, resource availability, and business goals. Duplication and Efficiency Control Review ongoing and proposed initiatives across departments to identify overlaps, redundancies, or conflicts. Recommend consolidation or reallocation to optimize efficiency. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards and reports summarizing improvement progress, achievements, and impact on KPIs. Highlight risk areas and support decision-making at management level.
