Job Description About Us: Kuwait United Dairy Company (KUDC) is a leading dairy farm in Kuwait, committed to providing high-quality dairy products while adhering to sustainable farming practices. As part of our growth and commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee and manage all financial operations within the company. Job Overview: The Finance & Accounts Manager will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and integrity of the company by managing accounting functions, maintaining the ERP system, and supervising junior officers. This role also involves working closely with advisors and senior management to support key financial decision-making and reporting. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables ERP System Management: Run and maintain the company’s ERP system to ensure accurate and real-time financial data processing. Financial Reporting & Accounts: Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure that all accounts are closed on time and in compliance with Kuwaiti financial regulations. Team Leadership: Manage a junior officer in the data-entry team, providing oversight and guidance on all financial data-entry tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Tax & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax laws, including corporate tax filings and other statutory obligations. Payroll & Bank Reconciliations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and perform regular bank reconciliations. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for company operations. Financial Policies & Controls: Develop and implement internal financial policies and controls to mitigate risks and safeguard company assets.
