Job Description

To design and deliver training programs that build organizational capability in AI technologies and applications. Job Responsibilities Develop and deliver AI/ML training modules for technical and non-technical staff. Customize training programs based on business and learner needs. Conduct hands-on workshops, simulations, and case studies. Assess learners’ progress and provide feedback and mentoring. Keep training content updated with emerging AI trends and tools. Collaborate with business leaders to identify AI skill gaps. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). Professional Certificates AI/ML certifications (e.g., Google Professional ML Engineer, Microsoft Certified AI Engineer, AWS Certified ML Specialist). Training certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Training Management – CPTM, or equivalent) are a plus. Experience (Areas of Expertise) Proven experience in AI/ML training or technology instruction. Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and platforms. Experience developing structured training materials and e-learning content. Exposure to corporate training environments or academic teaching.
