Job Description About KUDC Kuwait United Dairy Company (KUDC) operates some of the largest dairy farms in Kuwait, supporting over 3,000 cows across three sites. With advanced operations and large-scale facilities, efficient farm logistics are essential to our success. Position Overview We are hiring an experienced Loader Driver to support daily farm operations. The role requires safe and efficient handling of heavy equipment to transport feed, silage, manure, and other farm materials. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables – Transport silage, feed, manure, and other materials as directed by farm supervisors. – Support manure removal and farm cleaning activities. – Assist in feed loading and distribution tasks. – Conduct daily maintenance checks and report mechanical issues. – Adhere strictly to farm safety standards and company procedures. – Work as part of the farm team to support overall operations. Minimum Qualifications – Minimum 3 years of experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment. – Valid heavy equipment operating license recognized in Kuwait. – Proficiency in Arabic and/or English. – Strong knowledge of safety procedures for operating machinery. – Ability to work in a fast-paced farm environment.
